Field Staff Members of the Cannon
Group have, through prior work history, attained an
extensive knowledge of roofing practices, accepted construction standards and
methods, and developed management level skills.

Mr. Jeffrey Cannon Sr.
rejoins the Cannon Group after four (4) years acting as a Senior Project
Manager for National Roofing Company in Baltimore, Maryland. While with
National Roofing Company from 2005 through 2009, Mr. Cannon was involved in
many of the high profile Roof Installations along the South and Central
Atlantic Coast. Major Projects included; The Fort Lauderdale / Hollywood
International Airport terminal roof replacements, Port Everglades multiple
terminal roof replacements, Cecil Field Hangar Roof Replacements, multiple
roof replacements at Forts Eustis, Monroe, Lee and Story as part of an
Indefinite Quantities Contract (IDIQ) with the United States Military, as
well as multiple roof replacements with various other government agencies.
While with the Cannon Group from 1998 to 2005, Mr. Cannon performed hundreds
of roof inspections and investigations for Verizon Communications (formerly
Bell Atlantic) throughout New York State and the New England States. Major
projects in which Mr. Cannon has been involved with while employed with the
Cannon Group include the Verizon Communication Facilities in New York and
New England, the School District of Philadelphia Asset Management program
that involved a detailed investigation of over 100 facilities throughout
Philadelphia along with multiple smaller Investigations for various other
clients.
Roof Systems Experience:

Performed numerous roof quality assurance inspections and field
investigation, roof surveys, and information gathering for plans and
specifications for the Cannon Group HJ Cannon Group from 1999-2005

Conducting and reporting investigative analysis of roof failures and
performed multiple site inspections in New York State and New England
for Bell Atlantic/Verizon Communications for Cannon Group HJ Cannon
Group from 1999-2002

Investigated the existing condition of the roofing at multiple schools
for the School District of Philadelphia for their Asset Management
Program in 2003

Performed
Quality Control and Project Coordination assisting FEMA and the Army
Corps of Engineers during the implementation of “The Blue Roof Project”
after Hurricanes Charlie, Francis and Jeanne swept through Central
Florida. Duties included; Managing Multiple Contractors with Multiple
Crews\as well as aiding in site location and quality control as required
by FEMA from 2004-2005

Was responsible for all projects located in the State of Virginia for
National Roofing Company from 2006 - 2009. Projects included managing
an Indefinite Quantities Contract (IDIQ) for Forts Eustis, Lee, Monroe
and Story located throughout Virginia for the United States Military,
Multiple facilities for the Virginia Department of Transportation, the
Virginia Department of Military Affairs

replacement of four (4) occupied airplane hangars for the Cecil Field
