of major low slope and steep roofing systems

to make and repair roof cuts

to measure and document conditions found on roofs

writing and communication skills

Computer
literate

Minimum
10 years experience in roofing

Must
be able to travel within the Mid-Atlantic and New England regions

Inspector: Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania,
Virginia

Understanding
of major low slope and steep roofing systems

Experience
in identification and analysis of roofing systems

writing and communication skills

Minimum
10 years experience in roofing

Must
be able to travel within the Mid-Atlantic and New England regions

Some
inspection projects require 5 to 7 days a week on-site

Roof
Inspection projects can last from a few weeks to many months
Project Manager / Project Architect: New Jersey, Pennsylvania

Understanding
of major low slope and steep roofing systems

Experience
in identification and analysis of roofing systems

Ability
to measure and document conditions found on roofs

Computer
literate

Experience
using AutoCAD version 12 or higher

Good
writing and communication skills

Minimum
5 years experience in roofing, waterproofing and exterior wall systems
Cad
Draftsperson: Pennsylvania & New Jersey

Experience using AutoCAD version 12 or
higher

Ability to measure and document
conditions found on roofs

Computer literate

Architectural drafting background
