Mr. Florio represents the
Cannon Group as
Senior Roof Consultant / Senior Project Executive on roof design projects for
many clients, including the State of New Jersey ODC, School District of
Philadelphia, Temple University, Federal Government GSA Region 3, the Diocese of
Camden, as well as consulting for other design professionals. Mr. Florio is
also certified by the RCI as a Registered Roof Observer (RRO).
Mr. Florio is responsible for all aspects
of our projects, including report preparation, design development, coordination
of construction document preparation, construction management and project
close-out coordination. Mr. Florio’s nineteen years of experience includes the
design of most roof system types, concrete design and construction,
waterproofing, and concrete and masonry restoration, as well as construction
cost estimating.
